Paperwork Finally Done!

Over the past week we have been finalizing the adoption, filing for passports and visas and yesterday we had our final appointment, which was at the US consultate. Ocie will travel to the US on a Chinese passport with an American visa, but when we land at LAX she will become an American citizen. ...tomorrow we will get her visa and come home on Thursday - we can't wait!

Last night we took a diner cruise on the Pearl River. Guangzhou is all lit up for the Asian games.

It is tradition for all the adoptive families who stay at The White Swan hotel to get their photos taken on the red couches. We have 18 families, which means 18 babies...it was pretty chaotic...Ocie held up pretty well.

trying to get 18 babies to sit on a couch for a photo - yea right!

Our CCAI travel group

Kathy and Jocelyn, our CCAI reps - they are wonderful!
(Ocie was tired of all the pictures)

Random Ocie...

First bath (not today of course) - not happy

After bath - lovin' it

Not a fan of the stroller, likes to be held
